Children’s Medical Ventures was formed in 1989 by a co-operative of 36 children’s hospitals in the USA, to help improve the health and well being of children. Their vision is to assist NICU caregivers in the creation of a developmentally appropriate environment and make developmentally supportive, family centered care the standard of care in the NICU. Many of their products have been initiated by children’s caregivers.
