To print a whole page, click the "Print Page" icon just below the breadcrumb navigation bar.

This will then open a new browser window, with the page content formatted especially for printing. You can then print the contents of the new window as you normally would (for example, by using the browser's "Print" icon or by using "File/Print"). The pages are best printed in landscape.
