To navigate the site, use the top menu-bar. If a main-menu item has further sub-menu options associated with it then it will display a downward arrow. Simply hold the mouse above the main-menu item and any sub-options will be automatically displayed.

As a navigation aid, a "breadcrumb" trail is displayed on the lower menu-bar. This helps you to identify where about in the site you currently are. The breadcrumb item can be used to navigate directly to a previous page.
